The nine banded armadillo is a symbol of the American South West. A durable little critter that can curl up in a ball, jump vertically and likely looks very handsome in a cowboy hat.
"Neuve Bandas" is an original acrylic painting made by me. I painted it on a gallery width canvas which is 1.5" thick and requires no framing but can be framed if you choose. The image itself is 15"x30" and can be hung right side up or upside down depending on how you're used to seeing armadillos.
