Out from the vault of my own personal collection, this painting was made during the second year of my art career. It's one of the only ones that I ever made a proper background for and showed me how much I dislike painting backgrounds. Two subjects, full background, ugh! This is not for me! It did turn out nice though and no one wanted to pay the extra money for it so it stuck with me. Maybe now is the time for an admirer to come forward and claim it as their own.
"Red Crested and White Cheeked Turacos" is an original acrylic painting made by me. I painted it on a gallery width canvas which is 1.5" thick and requires no framing but can be framed if you choose. The image itself is 24"x18" and worth every penny.
